LICENCING
RX Medicals (Pty) Ltd is licenced by the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (“SAHPRA”) to import and export medicines and medical devices (including in-vitro diagnostics). Our Site Master File (SMF) reference number at SAHPRA is, R0160SMF.
premises
Our premises is licenced with the Department of Health (“DoH”) as a manufacturing pharmacy. The South African Pharmacy Council (“SAPC”) has issued us with our pharmacy premises number, Y59075.
quality
The South African Ministry of Health, SAHPRA, who is also an accession member of PIC/S, has resolved after inspecting our premises that RX Medicals is operating at an acceptable level of compliance with the principle of cGMP in terms of quality in order to import and export medicines.
